These boilerplate Terms of Use are provided as a general starting point. They should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before being treated as final legal terms.

1. Acceptance

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Slapper, including slappergame.com, game.slappergame.com, related websites, game features, community links, and any connected services we provide. By using Slapper, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Slapper.

2. Eligibility

You may use Slapper only if you can form a binding agreement and your use is legal where you live. You are responsible for complying with all laws, rules, and platform terms that apply to you. Do not use Slapper if you are barred from doing so or if optional wallet or wager features are not permitted in your jurisdiction.

3. Game Accounts and Wallets

Slapper may let you play as a browser, Telegram, or wallet-linked user. You are responsible for your account, device, wallet, private keys, and any activity that occurs through them. We will never ask for your wallet seed phrase or private key. You should not share those credentials with anyone.

4. Gameplay, PvP, and Optional Wagers

Slapper is a skill-based game. Training matches are free and do not require wagers. Some PvP challenge features may allow eligible users to connect a Solana wallet and optionally deposit a wager for a match. If a wagered challenge is available and you choose to use it, you are responsible for reviewing the amount, network, transaction, wallet address, and any fees before signing.

Unless otherwise stated in the game flow, wagered PvP matches use winner-takes-pot settlement after the displayed Slapper fee. Blockchain transactions may be irreversible, delayed, rejected, or affected by network, wallet, or third-party infrastructure conditions outside our control.

5. Fees and Payments

Slapper may charge or retain fees shown in the game interface, including a fee on optional wagered PvP matches. Network fees, wallet fees, exchange fees, taxes, and other third-party costs are your responsibility. We may update supported payment methods, wager amounts, fees, or wallet requirements at any time.

6. Fair Play

You agree not to cheat, exploit bugs, automate gameplay, interfere with matchmaking, attack the service, manipulate results, abuse referrals or rewards, harass other users, or use Slapper for unlawful activity. We may restrict, suspend, or block access when we believe activity is unsafe, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful to the game or community.

7. Community Features

Slapper may link to Telegram, Discord, or other third-party communities. Those services are operated by third parties and have their own rules and privacy practices. You are responsible for the content you share and for complying with community rules.

8. Intellectual Property

Slapper, including its name, characters, artwork, logos, gameplay design, website, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use Slapper for personal gameplay, subject to these Terms.

9. No Warranties

Slapper is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, profitable, available in every location, or compatible with every wallet, device, browser, or network.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost digital assets, wallet issues, network failures, or third-party service failures arising from your use of Slapper.

11. Changes to Slapper or These Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Slapper at any time. We may also update these Terms. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of Slapper after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
